Summer-Fall 2025 Sunflower is Online under KEA Info
The electronic edition is online!

Registration Has Been Extended To April 15th

The Spring edition of the Sunflower has had some printing delays and will not be mailed until this Friday 3/27. The spring edition is the one with all the information for the Spring Convention. Because of the printing delays, you will not receive the Sunflower in time to meet the April 1st deadline to register for the KEA Spring Convention and reserve your hotel room. Consequently, I have secured an extended deadline of April 15th from the Holiday Inn.
Attached the KEA Spring Convention registration form and the schedule of events. Even though the deadline has been extended to April 15th, please do not delay in getting registered and making your hotel reservation

  • You need to call the Holiday Inn Wichita East to make your room reservation; 316-686-7131. The KEA room block code is KAA. You will need the room block code to get the Kansas Elks room rate.
  • You need to complete the Spring Convention Registration form and send it to Susan Booth, KEA Registration Chairperson:
    •
    • Register online --> The registration form is on the KS Elks website. The website form allows you to pay the registration fee with your credit card. This is the link to the webpage registration: https://www.kselks.org/KEAInfo-SpringConvention.asp   -or-

Join Us in Supporting Those in Need!

The mission of the Elks National Foundation is to help Elks build stronger communities. We fulfill this pledge by investing in communities where Elks live and work. We provide tomorrow’s leaders, our youth, with lifelong skills; meet the needs of today's veterans; help the state Elks associations accomplish their charitable objectives; and fund projects that improve the quality of life in local Elks communities.

At a meeting in San Diego, our Board of Trustees approved a budget of $45.3 million for the 2024-25 fiscal year! Most notably, funding for the Elks National Veterans Service Commission will increase by more than 11 percent over last year. Take a look at the graphic below to see the other additions.
