SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

NOVEMBER 5, 2022

NOON-ON
Families should check in at the motel office to receive their room assignments and packet of information. You will find meal tickets for 2 adults and one child. Additional packets of meal tickets can be purchased for $25.00 each. You will also receive a packet of information about some of the attractions in El Dorado. (The rooms have been paid for by your State Elks Association, but extra charges made to your room will be at your own expense.)

2:00 - 5:00 P.M. - FREE TIME
Your family can take advantage of the indoor swimming pool and the games which will be located in the meeting room. These games will include: golf, darts, washers, ping-pong and foosball.

5:30 - 6:30 P.M. - (white meal ticket)
Again, at poolside, there will be a Tail-gate party for all shooters and their families (pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers and the trimmings) in the meeting room. This is a great chance to meet your peers from the other four states.

7:00-8;30 - BINGO (FREE)
The El Dorado Elks Lodge # 1407 will host a Bingo session for all present. Each person will receive a packet of Bingo cards. The prizes will not be cash, but we think everyone will enjoy themselves.

**As always, if you have a question or problem, please stop one of the Elks members who will be wearing a gold committee shirt**

NOVEMBER 6, 2022

7:30 - 8:30 A.M. - (yellow meal ticket)
Everyone up for a Continental Breakfast in the meeting room.

9:00-10:OOA.M.
For all who would like to attend, there will be a non-denominational Church service located in the meeting room. We hope all families will chose to attend this Church service as a unit and start the day off as a group.

10:15 A.M.
The Soccer Complex will be open at the Jr. College for shooters to warm-up. There will be goals for U-8 thru U-10, and U-12 thru U-14 practices.

10:30 A.M.
Contest will start with the Under 8 age group, then Under 10, etc. The Kansas Elks rules modifications will be used in all contests, (copy enclosed in your program) All shooters should bring a pair of gym-type shoes to kick in, if weather would make us hold the shoot inside.

12 NOON - (blue meal ticket)
After all the contests are completed, we will go into the lunch room at the Jr. College, for a light lunch and the AWARDS...!

Each shooter will receive a Soccer medal on a ribbon and a trophy. There will be no long speeches, as we are here to honor our kids and their accomplishments. Everyone should be on their road home by 2:00 P.M.

Please take time to fill out our questionnaire, for we do want to know how you liked our second Annual Elks Mid-America Soccer-Shoot, and any suggestions you might have for next year.
